Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more. Shipping carrier & method will be chosen by American Made Baby Products LLC and is dependent on order size & weight. Does not include express shipping.


Tracking Your Order

You will find your tracking number in the shipping notification email that was sent when your order was shipped. If you would like us to resend it or send it to a different email address, please email us at Info@AmericanMadeBaby.com.


When Will My Order Ship?

Due to high order volume, orders typically ship within 1-6 business days. If the order is urgent, please note that in the special order instructions section, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.


Delayed/Missing Packages

Please contact us in the event of a delayed or missing package.


Declined Payments

The charging of credit/debit cards on American Made Baby Products LLC’s website is an automated process and handled by our payment processor. The decision to decline a card comes from the card-issuing bank. If your payment did not go through, try your card again, double-checking all the information, including the zip code. If your card still does not go through, please contact the card-issuing bank.

Returns & Refunds

We want to make returns as easy as possible! If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please ship your item(s) back in the original, unopened manufacturer’s packaging, postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Note: Buyers will be responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method promptly after the return is received.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged due to handling while in transit, please contact us. We will send you a return shipping label to use.


Returns on Items Paid with a Gift Card

We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items purchased with a gift card.



If you would like to exchange your product, please contact us.



If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately as shipments are packaged and shipped quickly and cannot be cancelled once the shipping label is printed.


eGift Cards (Emailed)

eGift Cards are available here.

Note: No physical gift cards are mailed if you select the eGift Card option. The eGift Card is sent to the email entered during checkout and will not include a gift message. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Unused balances cannot be refunded.


Gift Certificates (Mailed)

Gift certificates are available here.

Gift messages entered at checkout will be included on the gift certificates that are mailed. Don't forget to sign your name how you'd like it to appear on the gift certificate. For example, "Congratulations on the new bundle of joy! Love, Grandma & Grandpa Smith."

Gift Cards are non-refundable. Unused balances cannot be refunded.
